Virtual Preparation · September 10
Your journey begins with a 2-hour virtual group session — setting the container, beginning the inner work, and connecting with your fellow travelers before you arrive on the land.

Second Virtual Session · Pre-Retreat
A second 2-hour group session deepens the preparation and opens the space for what is to come.

The In-Person Immersive · October 29 – November 1
Four days on 40 sacred acres in southern Arizona. Horses, healers, ceremony, and sacred nourishment holding space for the truth of who you are.

Integration Session · Post-Retreat
A 2-hour virtual group session after the retreat to land the experience, integrate the insights, and carry the work forward.

Equine Facilitated Coaching
Horses don’t respond to your title, your resume, or the role you play so well. They respond to presence. To authenticity. To what is real in you. In the arena and on the land, they become your most honest mirror — reflecting what words cannot reach and opening doorways to deep awareness and lasting shifts.

Shadow Work
Guided by Andrea Arledge, Master Shadow Coach, this work invites you beneath the survival patterns, beliefs, and identities you have carried for years — to meet the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen.

Shamanic Journey & Ceremony
Kami Rose leads us through shamanic journeys, ceremony, and sacred ritual — with Andrea and Shannon supporting. Soul retrievals may be offered for those called to this work. Ceremony creates the container for release, renewal, and reconnection with your deepest knowing.

Numerology
Each participant receives a personal numerology reading with Andrea — a map of your soul’s journey that anchors the deeper work of the retreat and illuminates what is emerging in this chapter of your life.

Sound Healing
Darcy Sinnott guides us through immersive sound healing sessions — using vibration, frequency, and the healing power of sound to bring the nervous system into deep rest and receptivity.

Yoga
Intentional movement woven through the weekend to ground the body, open the energy field, and support integration of the inner work.

Sacred Nourishment
Anneliese Dompe, our Alchemist Chef, leads the nourishment for the weekend — preparing intentional, whole food meals that honor the body as part of the healing process. Farm to sacred table.

Energy Healing
Six healers — all practitioners of energy work — holding a unified energetic field throughout the weekend. You will feel the difference.
