Beyond the Role is a three-day, all-inclusive executive retreat designed for leaders and individuals in transition who are ready to reconnect with themselves beyond the titles they carry.

- Equine-Guided Shadow Coaching — Horses serve as powerful, honest mirrors, helping you uncover unconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that may be shaping your current experience. This work supports deep awareness and meaningful internal shifts.
- Ceremony & Fire Ritual — Intentional space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner knowing. Ceremony creates a container for transformation, integration, and renewal.
- Creative Expression in Nature — Opportunities to slow down, reconnect with your intuition, and express what is emerging through guided creative practices in the natural landscape.
- Reiki with Horses — A unique and deeply restorative experience where energy work is supported by the grounding and intuitive presence of the horses, facilitating relaxation, balance, and emotional healing.
